How long will it take until I receive my order?

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order plus additional shipping days. Orders may arrive sooner on some occasions or take longer during times of heavy order volume. 

But will you let me know when you ship my order?

All Spirit Store orders will be confirmed via e-mail as long as an accurate e-mail address is supplied at time of purchase. Shipping arrangements will also be confirmed via e-mail. If you've chosen UPS shipping, the shipment date and tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email. If you chose delivery to one of the SSA campuses, your package will be ready for pickup 1-2 days after the shipment notification is sent.

Where can I ship my order?

We offer campus delivery to any SSA division or UPS shipping to anywhere in the world. See our shipping page for details and charges.

Can I make a change to my order?

Typically, a change can be made to your order if it has not been shipped. You may send us an e-mail, with the details of your request, by using the Contact Us Form. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What type of payment options do you accept?
As a secure, e-commerce-enabled website, credit card transactions are the primary accepted forms of payment. We accept the following payment options:

Why does the site say that my credit card number does not match my billing address?
In order to protect our customers, our credit card security software prevents customers from placing an order if the address that the credit card's issuing bank has on file does not match what is entered into the "bill to" information on the site. Please note that you must enter the correct 3- or 4-digit security code number located near the signature strip on the back of your credit card. Understand that this type of security is provided for your protection. Please check with your bank to ensure that the information that they have on file for you is up to date.

How does the Gildan youth sizing compare to numerical youth sizes?

Gildan Youth sizes –
Youth XS: 2-4
Youth S: 6-8
Youth M: 10-12
Youth L: 14-16
Youth XL: 18-20

What is your return policy?
We will accept returns and exchanges under certain circumstances, within 30 days of order fulfillment. Please see our Return Policy for details.
